More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this latest image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for dock shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the current oversight process.
